What this site can set, and what you decide.
Cookies and similar technologies come in categories. The strictly necessary ones keep the site working. Everything else waits for your consent, and you can change or withdraw that choice whenever you want.
This Notice supplements the AdGranted Privacy Policy and explains the main cookie and similar tracking technologies used on the AdGranted website.
The website is operated by Conflorens d.o.o., operating the AdGranted brand. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@adgranted.com.
1. How consent works
Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential cookie or similar technology, that technology must remain blocked until the user gives the relevant consent through the website consent-management interface.
Users must be able to refuse non-essential categories and later change or withdraw their choices through the available cookie/settings control.
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where permitted because they are required for functions such as security, consent storage, form operation, authentication, or other functionality specifically requested by the user.
2. Current technology categories and providers
Necessary / security / consent
Purpose may include:
- operating core website functionality;
- remembering consent choices;
- security and abuse prevention;
- form/session operation where required; and
- authenticated access where applicable.
These technologies should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the requested function.
Analytics
Current analytics technologies include:
- Google Analytics 4; and
- Microsoft Clarity.
Typical purposes include understanding website use, page performance, navigation, interaction patterns, and technical issues.
Where consent is required, analytics technologies must remain blocked until Analytics consent is given.
Advertising and conversion measurement
Current advertising/measurement technologies include:
- Google Ads conversion tracking;
- Meta Pixel; and
- Microsoft Advertising tracking, including Universal Event Tracking where configured.
Typical purposes include measuring whether advertising interactions lead to website actions, attributing conversions, measuring campaign effectiveness, and supporting advertising audiences/features where those features are actually enabled and lawfully configured.
Where consent is required, these technologies must remain blocked until the applicable Advertising/Marketing consent is given.
3. Individual cookies, local storage and durations
The exact cookies, local-storage items, provider domains, and retention/duration values can vary with provider configuration and provider updates.
The live consent-management interface must contain or link to the current detailed technology list generated from or verified against the actual deployed website configuration. That live list should identify, where applicable:
- technology/cookie name;
- provider;
- purpose/category;
- storage type;
- duration/expiry; and
- whether the technology is first-party or third-party.
The legal website release process must verify that the live list matches the technologies actually firing on the production site rather than relying only on this static document.
4. MailerLite email tracking
Marketing emails sent through MailerLite may use email-specific technologies to provide delivery and engagement information such as delivery, opens, and clicks where enabled and lawful.
Email engagement technologies are governed by the AdGranted Privacy Policy and the relevant marketing permission/consent controls rather than by the website cookie banner alone.
5. Changing your choices
Users should be able to reopen the website consent settings through a persistent or readily accessible Cookie Settings / Privacy Settings control.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Some provider-side data already collected before withdrawal may remain subject to the provider’s applicable retention rules and the AdGranted Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to tracking
A new material analytics, advertising, session-analysis, or similar tracking technology must not be introduced without:
- privacy review;
- classification of whether consent is required;
- consent-manager configuration where applicable;
- update of the live technology/cookie list; and
- update of this Notice or the Privacy Policy where the change is material.
