ADGRANTED LAUNCHTOTAL · €850Book a 20-minute call

One launch. One price. Everything on the table.

AdGranted Launch takes an eligible nonprofit from eligibility review to a live, tracked, stabilized Google Ad Grants account, for one fixed fee, refunded in full if Google does not approve. This page is the whole offer: what it costs, what is included, and how the work actually runs.

ADGRANTED LAUNCH · THE CORE ENGAGEMENT
  • Eligibility review
  • the Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grants applications
  • campaign strategy and build
  • conversion tracking
  • a branded reporting dashboard
  • launch
  • 30-Day Launch Stabilization

Then a clean handover of an account you own. Covers one organization, one website domain, one campaign language.

Paid upfront; work begins once the agreement is signed, the invoice is paid and onboarding is complete. The refund promise below states the fine print in plain language.

ONGOING GRANT MANAGEMENT · OPTIONAL, AFTER LAUNCH

After stabilization you choose: run the account yourself, with full documentation, or keep AdGranted on the day-to-day. Management covers weekly monitoring, search-term and negative-keyword work, optimization, compliance oversight, tracking validation, dashboard hosting and maintenance, and a monthly report and call.

€300 per month, excl. VAT, billed by calendar month, no minimum term. Cancel any month and keep the account, the tracking and the dashboard.

STEP 01

Eligibility and website review

Nothing is submitted to Google until two questions have honest answers: is your organization eligible, and can your website carry a grant? The organization is reviewed against the Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grants requirements, then the website itself: up to around 20 materially relevant pages of your primary domain, meaning the homepage, mission and program pages, donation and volunteer pages, contact, privacy, and wherever campaigns would land.

THE REVIEW
  • Organizational eligibility, from your declarations and public information
  • The website, against Google's Ad Grants website policies
  • A pass-or-fail status with a concrete list of mandatory corrections, kept separate from merely recommended ones
  • Re-reviews during the correction window as your changes land
FROM YOU

Your organization documents and declarations. If corrections are needed, the changes themselves as well, made by your team or your developer within 30 days. The corrections list states exactly what must change; website development sits outside this offer.

YOU RECEIVE

An eligibility status, the written corrections list, and a website Google can accept.

The organization first, then up to around 20 pages of the website, each held against Google’s requirements.
GATE · WEBSITE ACCEPTED

If the website cannot be brought to an acceptable condition within the 30-day correction period, Launch ends here, with a full refund.

STEP 02

Google activation support

Two applications stand between an eligible nonprofit and an active grant account, and they have different owners.

GOOGLE FOR NONPROFITS · SUBMITTED BY YOU

Only your organization can submit it, so AdGranted guides it step by step: preparation, the required information, identity verification, troubleshooting. The declarations are made in your organization's own name; Google accepts them from nobody else.

GOOGLE AD GRANTS · HANDLED BY US

Prepared and submitted by AdGranted. Ordinary corrections and resubmissions carry no fixed cap while the same case remains reasonably capable of approval, and communication with Google support is included where a route exists.

YOU RECEIVE

An approved Google for Nonprofits account and an approved, activated Google Ad Grants account. If Google declines, the full refund instead.

Two applications with two owners: the Google for Nonprofits declaration is signed in your organization’s own name, the Ad Grants application is prepared and submitted by AdGranted.
GATE · GRANT APPROVED

Approval is Google's decision alone. AdGranted never promises it; the refund exists precisely because nobody honestly can.

STEP 03

Search strategy and keyword research

Everything begins on paper: the strategy maps what your audiences actually type into Google and settles what the account should look like before a single campaign exists.

RESEARCH

Keyword research across your mission's real search demand, the geography and language that matter included.

STRUCTURE

Account and campaign structure planned before the build.

LANDING PAGES

Around 10 to 15 materially relevant pages of your site, chosen per campaign.

CONVERSIONS

Conversion actions chosen, so campaigns are aimed at something measurable.

FROM YOU

An hour with the person who knows your mission and priorities best, plus any brand guidelines, approved descriptions or restricted terminology you already have.

YOU RECEIVE

A campaign strategy limited, on purpose, to the Google Ad Grants account: not a general marketing plan, and not padding.

The account is settled on paper first: real search demand, the structure, 10 to 15 landing pages and the conversions worth aiming at.
THE REFUND BOUNDARY

Campaign build begins only after Google has approved and activated the account. It is the boundary past which Launch fees stop being refundable.

STEP 04

Campaign build

The strategy made real, inside your account: Search campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative-keyword foundations, ad copy and assets, geographic and language targeting, conversion goals and initial bidding, in one campaign language, for your accepted domain, compliant with Ad Grants policy from the first day. There is no arbitrary cap on campaigns or keywords; the build is whatever a coherent launch needs.

THE BUILD
  • Campaigns, ad groups and keywords built to the agreed structure
  • Search ad copy written from your website and materials
  • Policy-compliant settings, targeting and bidding from day one
  • A campaign walkthrough before anything goes live
FROM YOU

A factual read-through, and explicit authorization. Campaigns are never enabled without it.

YOU RECEIVE

A built account you can inspect, explained in plain language, waiting on your go.

The structure built inside your account, ad copy included, with campaigns left off until you have read through and given the go.
STEP 05

Tracking: GTM, GA4 and conversions

A grant without measurement is a rumor. Launch sets up or cleans up Google Tag Manager and GA4, links them to the Ads account, and implements conversion tracking for the actions that matter to your mission: donations, volunteer signups, inquiries, registrations, calls. At least one valid, materially relevant conversion action is in place and tested before launch.

GTM

Container created or cleaned; tags and triggers implemented and tested.

GA4

Configured and linked to Google Ads.

CONVERSIONS

Actions for your donation, signup and inquiry flows, with third-party platforms included where reasonably feasible.

CONSENT MODE

Configured where the included tracking requires it, particularly in the EEA and UK.

FROM YOU

Access to your website and analytics. Where a platform can't be fully tracked, we track the strongest feasible action and tell you plainly what the limitation is.

YOU RECEIVE

Working measurement that is yours to keep, whatever you decide after launch.

Installing or replacing a consent-management platform is a separate service (€120 per domain, excl. VAT); custom JavaScript and server-side tracking are outside Launch by design.

Each action that matters to the mission, a donation or a signup, wired to a conversion Google Ads can count, and tested before launch.
STEP 06

Custom reporting dashboard

You should never need to open Google Ads to know what the grant is doing. The AdGranted dashboard, a standardized structure lightly customized with your branding, connects to Google Ads and GA4 and shows the account in terms a board member can read.

  • Connected to Google Ads and GA4 and validated against the account
  • Branded for your organization
  • Hosted by AdGranted for 12 months from handover, and for as long as Ongoing Grant Management runs
  • Additional platforms (a CRM, donation or email platform) connectable at €80 each, excl. VAT, where a straightforward supported connection exists
FROM YOU

Your logo and colors. That's the whole ask.

YOU RECEIVE

A dashboard your whole team can check. After the included 12 months, continued hosting is €60 per year, excl. VAT, if you are not on Ongoing Grant Management.

One page a board member can read: connected to Google Ads and GA4, carrying your logo and colors.
GATE · CAMPAIGNS ENABLED

Only on your explicit, recorded authorization, never on silence. The moment they go live starts the clock on the last step.

STEP 07

30-Day Launch Stabilization

Launch day starts the engagement's last phase; it doesn't end the engagement. For 30 days from the moment campaigns are enabled we monitor the account, review search terms, refine negative keywords, adjust bidding, tune ads, validate conversions and keep the account clear of policy trouble while real data arrives.

DURING THE 30 DAYS
  • Monitoring, search-term review and negative-keyword refinement
  • Bid, ad and setting adjustments as data lands
  • Compliance checks and ordinary disapproval corrections
  • An update around day 15 and a completion update around day 30
FROM YOU

Nothing but attention. Reasonable change requests are welcome; a second full build is not what stabilization is for.

THE HANDOVER · DAY 30

A stabilized account, and everything needed to run it:

  • A completion summary and an account-structure overview
  • Basic management instructions and compliance guidance
  • Recommended next actions and dashboard access
  • Seven days of question-and-answer support

Then a choice: self-manage, or continue with Ongoing Grant Management at €300/month, excl. VAT. Either way the account, the tracking and the dashboard remain yours.

Thirty days of monitoring from the moment campaigns go live, an update around day 15, and the handover on day 30.
LAUNCH COMPLETE · THE ACCOUNT IS YOURS

Stabilized, measured, documented, handed over. From here you self-manage, or Ongoing Grant Management keeps the same attention on the account, month by month.

Find your Google Grants path ↓
If Google does not approve or activate your account, all Launch fees are refunded in full.

The full refund also applies if:

  • you cancel before campaign build begins
  • Google for Nonprofits does not approve your organization
  • your website cannot be brought to an acceptable condition within the 30-day correction period

Campaign build begins only after Google has approved and activated your account. From that point, Launch fees are normally non-refundable.

  • Google alone makes the approval decision and sets the program rules.
  • Launch covers one primary domain and one primary campaign language.
  • Website development is not included.
  • Ongoing Grant Management is optional. Cancel any month; billing stops with the current month.
  • All prices exclude VAT.
NOT A FIT

Hospitals and healthcare organizations, schools and universities, and government entities are excluded by Google. Organizations without a functioning, converting website are excluded by AdGranted, because the campaigns would have nowhere to send people.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE OFFER
What is not included in the €850?OUR TERMS

Ongoing Grant Management, additional domains and languages, and any website or development work all sit outside it. The €850, excl. VAT, covers one organization, one primary domain, one primary campaign language, both Google applications, the campaign build, tracking, the dashboard and 30 days of stabilization. Some things we do not sell at any price: server-side tracking, custom API integrations and bespoke data engineering are excluded rather than offered as a surcharge.

Is the refund really unconditional?OUR TERMS

If Google doesn't approve your grant, every euro paid for Launch comes back: no partial credits, no 'administrative fees' withheld. Your only job is to complete the steps Google requires of you.

Are there recurring costs after launch?OUR TERMS

Only ones you choose. Launch is a one-time €850, excl. VAT, and nothing renews on its own. Ongoing Grant Management is €300/month and optional; the €150 and €100 add-on fees per additional domain or language run only while those campaigns are under our management. Keeping the reporting dashboard live past its included twelve months costs €60/year if you are not on management. The grant budget itself is never billed to you.

What does management cost, and can we stop?OUR TERMS

Ongoing Grant Management is €300/month, excl. VAT: weekly monitoring, optimization, compliance oversight, a monthly report and call. There is no minimum term. Cancel any month and keep the account, the tracking, and the dashboard.

How long does it take?OUR TERMS

AdGranted's own work targets roughly seven business days. Total calendar time depends on Google's review and how quickly your team responds. Nobody can promise a fixed approval date, and you should distrust anyone who does.
