Business-only services
AdGranted services are offered only business-to-business / business-to-organization. They are not offered to individuals purchasing in a personal consumer capacity.
Pricing and VAT
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all AdGranted service prices are exclusive of VAT.
VAT or other applicable taxes are added where legally required. Where a price is displayed on the website, the relevant page or offer should clearly state that the price is exclusive of VAT and identify any other mandatory charge that is known and applicable to the transaction.
Electronic contracting
AdGranted contracts may be concluded electronically. The applicable contractual relationship is governed by the signed Master Service Agreement and relevant Order Form(s), together with any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
Third-party services
References to Google, Google for Nonprofits, Google Ad Grants, Goodstack, Stripe, or other third-party services do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or control by Conflorens d.o.o. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
AdGranted is not Google and does not control Google’s approval decisions, policies, processing times, or continued availability of Google programs.
Governing contractual terms
The governing law, jurisdiction, scope, payment, refund, liability, and other contractual terms applicable to a Client are stated in the Client’s executed Master Service Agreement and Order Form(s). This Legal Notice does not replace those contractual documents.
