Your Ad Grants account, applied for, built, tracked and launched.
For eligible nonprofits with no Google Ads specialist on staff. One fixed-fee service covers the application, the campaign build, the conversion tracking, the launch, and the 30 days after it. Google provides the advertising grant. AdGranted provides the work.
€850 one-time, excl. VAT.
YOUR GRANT ·
Google Ad Grants, from any starting point.
Google provides the advertising grant, worth up to $10,000 a month in Google Search ads. That figure is a ceiling rather than a promise, and Google alone decides who receives it.
AdGranted does the specialist work around it. Some organizations arrive having never applied. Others were turned down the first time, were approved and never launched, or are holding an account that has been suspended.

Each starting point is considered case by case, at the same fixed fee and with no separate suspension-recovery charge. Reinstatement of a suspended account is never promised. That decision is Google's.
Whichever point you start from, the work is the same: eligibility review, Google activation, campaign build, conversion tracking, launch, and 30-Day Launch Stabilization. After handover your organization can run the account itself or keep AdGranted on through Ongoing Grant Management.
One launch. One price.
- The complete launch, from qualification through handover, itemized below.
- Refunded in full if Google does not approve or activate your account, or if you cancel before campaign build begins.
01Eligibility and website review+
Your organization gets a Nonprofit Eligibility Review and a Google Ad Grants Website Eligibility Review. Up to around 20 pages are checked against Google's requirements, and any mandatory corrections come back as a clear list before anything is submitted.

Guided Google for Nonprofits application and full Google Ad Grants application handling: preparation, submission, corrections, and reasonable resubmissions until Google decides. Your organization completes its own declarations and the verification Google requires.
Read the full detail →03Search strategy and keyword research+
Keyword research around your mission, an account structure plan, and the landing pages your campaigns will send people to. Around 10 to 15 landing pages are used in the initial structure, all of it decided before anything is built.
Read the full detail →04Campaign build+
Search campaigns, ad groups, ad copy and extensions, built in your account for one Primary Domain and one Primary Campaign Language. Campaign volume follows what the strategy needs rather than a fixed quota.
Read the full detail →05Tracking: GTM, GA4 and conversions+
Google Tag Manager and GA4 set up or cleaned up, with conversion tracking for the actions that matter to your organization: donations, volunteer signups, inquiries, registrations. Tracking is implemented to the extent technically feasible, and Consent Mode is configured where required.
Read the full detail →06Custom reporting dashboard+
An AdGranted reporting dashboard connected to Google Ads and GA4, hosted for 12 months from handover. See grant advertising spend, traffic and conversions without working inside either tool every day.
Read the full detail →0730-Day Launch Stabilization+
For 30 days after launch, the account is monitored and refined: search terms, negative keywords, campaign delivery, conversion tracking, reporting, compliance. A formal handover follows, with documentation. Your organization owns the account throughout.
Read the full detail →Launch covers one Primary Domain and one Primary Campaign Language. Google alone decides grant approval and continued participation, both of which require meeting the Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grants eligibility criteria. If Google does not approve or activate your account, all Launch fees are refunded in full. The same applies if you cancel before campaign build begins. Ongoing Grant Management is optional, billed monthly, and cancellable any month. Website development sits outside this offer. All prices exclude VAT.

The free quiz asks about your organization, your website, and where the grant stands today. It then names the path that fits: a straight launch, website work first, a stuck application to unblock, an active account to improve, a suspended one to assess, a self-managed route, or groundwork before any of it.

The grant, the fee, and what happens if Google does not approve, explained plainly enough to forward to your board.
Built for lean nonprofit teams.
Small to mid-sized eligible nonprofits in the EU, US, UK, Canada, Australia and Switzerland, with a working website and at least one measurable action a supporter can take.
FLIP TO INSPECTHospitals and healthcare organizations, schools and universities, and government entities are excluded by Google. Organizations without a functioning, converting website are excluded by AdGranted, because the campaigns would have nowhere to send people.
Fair questions, straight answers.
All questions →01What exactly is the Google Ad Grant?
A Google program that gives eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 per month of in-kind Google Search advertising. The budget is Google's money, spent in Google's search auction. It is not a cash grant, it cannot be saved up, and it comes with policy requirements the account has to keep meeting.
02Which countries does the Ad Grants program operate in?
Google runs Ad Grants in a long list of countries and that list changes, so no number is quoted here: a stale count is worse than no count. Check the current list on Google for Nonprofits for your country, or tell us where you are registered and we will check it as the first thing we do.
03Can we just apply ourselves instead of paying you?
Yes, and some organizations should: the application costs nothing and Google publishes its requirements. What you would be buying from us is everything around it: the eligibility and website review done before you apply rather than after Google refuses, the corrections when questions come back, and an account structured to the program rules from the first day. If you would rather do it alone, we would rather say so than sell you something you do not need.
04What does Google actually require of our website?
Six things, in plain language: your organization owns or controls the domain, the site explains your mission and what you actually do, the content is substantial and original rather than thin or copied, navigation and links work, the whole site is served over HTTPS, and it displays and functions properly on a phone. Any donation path you offer has to be secure and lead somewhere obviously yours, and the standard Google Ads policies apply to your pages as well as to your ads.
05What do you need from us?
Three things: organization documents for the Google for Nonprofits application, access to your website and analytics, and one person who can answer questions about your mission and priorities.
06Does the €850 buy the grant?
No. The grant itself is free and comes from Google. The €850, excl. VAT, pays for the specialist work: eligibility review, application handling, campaign build, tracking, dashboard, and 30 days of stabilization.
07Can the grant be lost once approved?
Yes. Google deactivates or suspends accounts that fall below its policy requirements (click-through rate, conversion tracking, account structure, mission relevance). That's why Launch builds compliance in from day one, and why Ongoing Grant Management exists: someone watching the rules so you don't have to.
08What is the reporting dashboard, and what does it show?
One AdGranted-hosted dashboard for your organization, built on our standard structure and lightly customized with your branding, connected as standard to Google Ads and GA4. You get an overview of grant spend, impressions, clicks and conversions, campaign-level and conversion-level detail, and the GA4 side of what visitors do after the click. It is a standardized reporting environment, not a bespoke build commissioned for each client.
09What happens after the 30 days?
You choose: self-manage the account (it's yours, with full documentation), or move to Ongoing Grant Management at €300/month, excl. VAT, with weekly monitoring, optimization, compliance oversight, a monthly call and report. Cancel any month.
